1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") are entered into between the operator of the ltdtoto platform ("ltdtoto", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or makes use of any product or service provided through the website located at https://ltdtoto.cam and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

ltdtoto is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery-style products, and related entertainment services primarily to adult users in Malaysia. The Platform operates under applicable international gaming standards and provides services denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or depositing funds into an ltdtoto account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. These documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the ltdtoto Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account under a promotion.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a User's personal financial account into their ltdtoto Account.
• "Games" means all betting markets, casino games, slot products, lottery-style games, arcade titles, and any other entertainment content available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account functions are activated.
• "Platform" means the ltdtoto website, software, and any related digital services accessed via https://ltdtoto.cam.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in an excluded jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical long-run percentage of wagered funds returned to players as winnings in a given game.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's ltdtoto Account Balance to a User's nominated personal financial account.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. ltdtoto strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the User is below the minimum age threshold.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The Platform is designed primarily for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in online betting and gaming is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence. ltdtoto makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a compulsive or problem gambler. Self-exclusion requests from any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme are honoured at ltdtoto's discretion.

3.4 Prohibited Categories

The following categories of persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling platforms;
• Employees, directors, or agents of ltdtoto or its affiliated partners;
• Individuals acting as nominees or proxies on behalf of ineligible persons;
• Any person who has previously had an Account terminated by ltdtoto for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — including under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ltdtoto reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation where fraud or abuse is suspected.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ltdtoto may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Acceptable documents typically include your Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), passport, and proof of residential address. Failure to complete satisfactory KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity performed using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ltdtoto support immediately.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ltdtoto accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

5.3 Currency

All Account Balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. ltdtoto is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits via instant payment channels such as DuitNow, FPX, and major eWallets are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations being received.

5.5 Deposit Limits

Users may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings as part of our responsible gambling commitment. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced with immediate effect but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period as determined by ltdtoto.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may only be requested from verified Accounts. You must complete the KYC process before your first withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals can only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. ltdtoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request.

6.2 Processing Times

ltdtoto aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for most standard withdrawal channels, including local bank transfers and major eWallets. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method, the volume of pending requests, and any additional verification requirements. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money Balance and Bonus Balance are held separately. Real-money funds deposited by the User are always available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements, irrespective of any bonus activity.

6.4 Fees

ltdtoto does not currently charge withdrawal fees for standard Malaysian payment channels. However, payment service providers may impose their own fees. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur standard network transaction fees.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by ltdtoto are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern that particular promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Contributing rates towards Wagering Requirements vary by game type — typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games contribute at lower rates.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings may be voided.

7.4 Abuse and Exploitation

ltdtoto reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close any Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, collusion, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at ltdtoto's sole discretion.

7.5 Refer-a-Friend Programme

Where a referral programme is active, bonus credits are issued only when the referred friend completes a qualifying deposit and meets any stated activity thresholds. Both the referrer and the referred friend must comply with these Terms to be eligible for referral bonuses.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not confirmed until ltdtoto's system issues a confirmation to the User. ltdtoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or system errors.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect bet being offered or accepted, ltdtoto reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amount. Winnings generated through manifest errors will not be paid.

8.3 Game Results

All game results on the Platform are final once the game round is complete, subject only to documented technical error. For sports betting, settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting markets are governed by the same general rules. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the risk of the User. ltdtoto does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets for any specific event and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ltdtoto Platform:

• Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Holding or operating more than one Account;
• Colluding with other Users to obtain unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ltdtoto staff or other users;
• Charging back deposits through payment service providers without prior resolution through ltdtoto's support channels;
• Any other conduct that ltdtoto reasonably determines to be harmful, dishonest, or in violation of applicable laws.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and pending winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ltdtoto Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, software, game content, text, and design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of ltdtoto or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from ltdtoto. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in Account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

ltdtoto endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not warrant that it will be continuously available, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ltdtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 Cap on Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ltdtoto's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services

ltdtoto is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party game studios, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform. Disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant third party.

12 Privacy & Data

ltdtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Responsible Gambling

ltdtoto is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

ltdtoto provides the following responsible gambling tools, available through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a defined duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all ltdtoto services.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting ltdtoto support. Before closure, you are advised to withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Once an Account is closed at your request, it may not be possible to reopen it.

14.2 Termination by ltdtoto

ltdtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from law enforcement necessitate closure;
• The User is identified as being under the minimum age of 21.

14.3 Effect of Termination

On termination for breach, ltdtoto may void pending bets, cancel bonus funds, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by ltdtoto for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ltdtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on record and will be displayed prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the ltdtoto Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ltdtoto is incorporated. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
